Just more than one month after releasing iOS 10.2 first beta via Apple Beta Software Program and Apple Developer Program, five days after releasing the seventh beta, Apple dropped iOS 10.2, the second major update of iOS 10 to the iPhone, iPad, iPod touch users. The second large has arrived three months after the public receiving of iOS 10 firmware.
The recent iOS 10.2 is available now as an OTA update mechanism or it also can grab on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch using the iTunes. If you’re unable to receive an over-the-air update on your device, you just have to delete your previous iOS update by navigating to General > Storage & iCloud Usage, then Tap on “Manage Storage” in Storage tab and delete the prior iOS firmware update to download iOS 10.2 on your iDevice.
iOS 10.2 Download on your iPhone
Before the beginning iOS 10.2 install process, make sure you have a complete backup of your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. Follow these steps to update your current iOS version to the latest version of iOS,
- Tap on “Settings” on your Home screen and go to “General” then tap on “Software Update”
- Now you’ll see the latest software update has appeared on the screen
- Just tap on “Download and Install”
- Enter your “Passcode” to go ahead
- Tap “Agree” for Terms and conditions
- Tap “Agree” again to download iOS 10.2
- Your iDevice will reboot automatically after finishing the upgrade procedure
